Notes on Online Registration
Team Accounts and online Registration Forms have been created for all countries that have confirmed their participation. Please note the following:
- The login details have been sent to one email address. If more than one email address, or there is more than one coordinator, the first email address on our list was used. Coordinators may login to change the email address to which system messages are sent.
- The first login can only be made via the link given in the email sent. Please contact the webmaster if your Team has not received the email.
- A new password must be set on the first login.
- Please fill in all the fields, and make a selection for all options. To avoid ambiguity, put "Nil" or "None" for blanks, and select "No" for Yes/No options (do not leave it at the default "-None-").
- The deadline for submission is 31 May 2012, after which the forms will be locked. If you are unable to complete the online form by the deadline, please login and set the 'Current Status' field to Delayed, and indicate in the 'Notes' field the date by which you can complete the submission. Your login will be manually extended to that date.
